Solid Fight Eyes; kontakt lenslerin, lens kullanım döngülerinin, lens stoklarının, gözlüklerin, reçetelerin, göz muayenelerinin, göz bakım rutinlerinin ve ekran molalarının takip edilmesine yardımcı olan kişisel bir göz bakım uygulamasıdır.

Solid Fight Eyes bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Teşhis koymaz, tedavi önermez ve profesyonel sağlık hizmetinin yerini almaz. Göz sağlığınızla ilgili bir sorun yaşamanız durumunda yetkili bir sağlık uzmanına başvurmalısınız.

 

3. KULLANICININ GİRDİĞİ VE CİHAZDA SAKLANAN VERİLER

Uygulamaya aşağıdaki bilgileri girebilirsiniz:

• Kontakt lens profilleri ve kullanım döngüleri
• Sağ ve sol göz lens bilgileri
• Lens stokları, solüsyonlar ve lens kapları
• Gözlük ve reçete bilgileri
• Reçete belgeleri veya ekleri
• Göz muayenesi kayıtları
• Kontrol ve takip tarihleri
• Ekran molaları ve göz bakım rutinleri
• Bildirim tercihleri
• Uygulama ayarları
• İlerleme, seri ve başarı bilgileri
• Kullanıcının eklediği notlar

Bu bilgiler uygulamanın yerel veri alanında, kullanıcının cihazında saklanır. Geliştiricinin sunucularına gönderilmez ve geliştirici tarafından uzaktan erişilemez.

4. APPLE HEALTH / HEALTHKIT VERİLERİ

Kullanıcının açık izniyle Solid Fight Eyes, desteklenen göz reçetesi bilgilerini Apple Health üzerinden okuyabilir veya Apple Health’e kaydedebilir.

​

HealthKit erişimi isteğe bağlıdır. Kullanıcı bu izni iOS Ayarları veya Sağlık uygulaması üzerinden istediği zaman değiştirebilir ya da kaldırabilir.

HealthKit verileri:

• Reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
• Kullanıcı profili oluşturmak için kullanılmaz.
• Pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.
• Geliştiricinin sunucularına gönderilmez.
• Üçüncü taraf reklam şirketleriyle paylaşılmaz.

 

5. KONUM VERİLERİ

“Yakındaki Optikler” özelliği kullanıldığında ve kullanıcı konum izni verdiğinde uygulama yaklaşık veya kesin konuma erişebilir.

Konum bilgisi şu amaçlarla kullanılır:

• Yakındaki optik mağazalarını bulmak
• Kontakt lens satıcılarını göstermek
• Yakındaki göz doktorlarını, göz kliniklerini ve göz hastanelerini göstermek
• Sonuçları kullanıcıya olan mesafeye göre sıralamak
• Harita üzerinde uygun sonuçları göstermek

 

Konum izni isteğe bağlıdır. Kullanıcı isterse konum izni vermeden elle arama yapabilir.

Uygulama, kullanıcının konum geçmişini kendi sunucularında saklamaz. Konum izni iOS Ayarları üzerinden her zaman değiştirilebilir veya kapatılabilir.

​

6. GOOGLE MAPS VE GOOGLE PLACES

Solid Fight Eyes, harita ve yakındaki yer arama özellikleri için Google Maps SDK for iOS ve Google Places SDK for iOS hizmetlerini kullanır.

​

Bu özellikler kullanıldığında veya ilgili Google SDK’ları çalıştığında Google tarafından aşağıdaki veri türleri işlenebilir:

• Kesin konum
• Yaklaşık konum
• Harita veya yer arama sorguları
• Arama geçmişi
• Cihaza veya uygulama kurulumuna ilişkin tanımlayıcılar
• Ürün etkileşimleri
• Performans verileri
• Çökme verileri
• Diğer teknik ve tanılama verileri

 

Bu veriler uygulama işlevlerini sağlamak ve Google hizmetlerinin analiz, performans, güvenlik ve hata giderme süreçleri için kullanılabilir.

Google SDK’ları tarafından işlenen bazı teknik tanımlayıcılar cihaz veya uygulama kurulumu ile ilişkilendirilebilir. Solid Fight Eyes bu verileri reklam hedefleme veya farklı şirketlere ait uygulamalar arasında kullanıcı takibi yapmak için kullanmaz.

Google tarafından işlenen veriler Google’ın kendi gizlilik politikası, hizmet şartları ve saklama uygulamalarına tabidir.

7. ABONELİK VE ÖDEME VERİLERİ

Solid Fight Eyes abonelikleri Apple App Store ve StoreKit sistemi üzerinden yönetilir.

Geliştirici:

• Kredi kartı numaranızı görmez.
• Banka hesabı bilgilerinize erişmez.
• Ödeme bilgilerinizi kendi sunucularında saklamaz.

 

Apple, aboneliğin etkin olup olmadığını belirlemek için uygulamaya sınırlı işlem ve abonelik durumu bilgisi sağlayabilir.

Abonelik Apple hesabına bağlıdır ancak bu durum Solid Fight Eyes içinde ayrı bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturulduğu anlamına gelmez.

​

8. BİLDİRİMLER

Uygulama; lens değişimi, göz muayenesi, ekran molası ve göz bakım rutini gibi hatırlatmalar için yerel bildirimler kullanabilir.

​

Bildirimler cihaz üzerinde planlanır. Solid Fight Eyes, bildirim göndermek amacıyla geliştiriciye ait uzaktan bildirim sunucusu kullanmaz.

​

Bildirim izni iOS Ayarları üzerinden her zaman değiştirilebilir veya kapatılabilir.

​

9. YEDEKLEME, DIŞA AKTARMA VE PAYLAŞMA

Kullanıcı, uygulamadaki verilerini desteklenen dosya biçimlerinde dışa aktarabilir veya yedekleyebilir.

​

Dışa aktarılan dosyanın:

• Nereye kaydedileceği
• Hangi kişiyle paylaşılacağı
• Hangi uygulamaya gönderileceği
• Ne kadar süre saklanacağı

kullanıcının kontrolündedir.

 

Dosya başka bir uygulama, bulut depolama hizmeti, e-posta hizmeti veya mesajlaşma uygulamasıyla paylaşılırsa ilgili üçüncü tarafın gizlilik koşulları geçerli olur.

10. REKLAM VE TAKİP

Solid Fight Eyes reklam içermez.

​

Uygulamada:

• Google AdMob bulunmaz.
• Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı bulunmaz.
• Kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez.
• IDFA reklam tanımlayıcısı kullanılmaz.
• Kullanıcılar farklı şirketlere ait uygulamalar veya internet siteleri arasında reklam amacıyla takip edilmez.

Google Maps ve Google Places tarafından işlenen teknik veriler Solid Fight Eyes tarafından reklam hedefleme amacıyla kullanılmaz.

​

11. VERİLERİN PAYLAŞILMASI

Solid Fight Eyes, kullanıcının yerel lens, reçete, muayene veya sağlık kayıtlarını geliştirici sunucularına yüklemez ve satmaz.

​

Veriler yalnızca aşağıdaki durumlarda üçüncü taraf hizmetler tarafından işlenebilir:

• Google Maps ve Google Places özellikleri kullanıldığında
• App Store aboneliği satın alındığında veya geri yüklendiğinde
• Apple Health erişimi kullanıcı tarafından etkinleştirildiğinde
• Google Haritalar veya Apple Haritalar üzerinden yol tarifi açıldığında
• Kullanıcı bir yedek veya dışa aktarma dosyasını paylaşmayı seçtiğinde
• Kanunen zorunlu bir talebin bulunması halinde

 

12. VERİ SAKLAMA SÜRESİ

Uygulamaya girilen yerel veriler, kullanıcı silene veya uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırana kadar cihazda saklanabilir.

Google ve Apple tarafından işlenen verilerin saklama süreleri ilgili hizmet sağlayıcıların kendi gizlilik ve saklama politikalarına tabidir.

​

Destek amacıyla e-posta gönderirseniz yazışmalarınız, talebinizi yanıtlamak ve yasal yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerekli olduğu süre boyunca saklanabilir.

​

13. HESAP OLUŞTURMA VE HESAP SİLME

Solid Fight Eyes kullanıcı kaydı veya uygulama içi hesap oluşturma özelliği sunmaz.

​

Uygulamayı kullanmak için:

• Kullanıcı adı oluşturulmaz.
• E-posta adresiyle giriş yapılmaz.
• Şifre oluşturulmaz.
• Geliştirici sunucusunda kullanıcı profili açılmaz.

 

Bu nedenle Solid Fight Eyes içinde silinebilecek sunucu tabanlı bir kullanıcı hesabı bulunmamaktadır.

Apple App Store aboneliğiniz, Solid Fight Eyes hesabı değil Apple hesabınız üzerinden yönetilir. Aboneliğinizi iOS Ayarları içindeki Apple hesabınızın Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

 

14. YEREL VERİLERİN SİLİNMESİ

Kullanıcı, uygulamadaki lens, stok, reçete, muayene, gözlük, rutin ve diğer kayıtları ilgili ekranlardaki silme seçeneklerini kullanarak silebilir.

​

Tüm cihaz içi uygulama verilerini kaldırmak için uygulama cihazdan silinebilir. Kullanıcı tarafından daha önce dışa aktarılan dosyalar, kaydedildikleri Dosyalar uygulamasından, bulut hizmetinden veya paylaşılmış oldukları üçüncü taraf uygulamalardan ayrıca silinmelidir.

Uygulamanın silinmesi aktif App Store aboneliğini otomatik olarak iptal etmez. Abonelik ayrıca Apple hesabının Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edilmelidir.

​

Destek e-postası aracılığıyla bizimle iletişime geçtiyseniz, yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu olmayan destek yazışmalarınızın silinmesini destek@solidfightstore.com adresinden talep edebilirsiniz.

15. VERİ GÜVENLİĞİ

Solid Fight Eyes, cihazda saklanan verileri korumak için iOS tarafından sağlanan uygulama alanı ve sistem güvenliği mekanizmalarından yararlanır.

​

Bununla birlikte hiçbir elektronik saklama veya aktarım yöntemi tamamen risksiz değildir. Kullanıcıların cihaz parolası, Face ID veya Touch ID gibi iOS güvenlik özelliklerini etkinleştirmeleri önerilir.

16. ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ

Solid Fight Eyes özellikle çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır.

​

Çocukların uygulamayı kullanması halinde kullanımın ebeveyn veya yasal temsilci gözetiminde gerçekleştirilmesi önerilir.

​

Uygulama, geliştirici sunucusunda çocuklara ait hesap veya kişisel profil oluşturmaz.

17. KULLANICI HAKLARI

Geçerli veri koruma mevzuatı kapsamında kullanıcılar, geliştirici tarafından tutulabilecek kişisel veriler hakkında:

• Bilgi talep etme
• Düzeltme isteme
• Silme isteme
• İşlemeye itiraz etme
• Verilerin nasıl kullanıldığını öğrenme

haklarına sahip olabilir.

 

Uygulamanın temel verileri cihazda yerel olarak tutulduğu için geliştirici bu verilere erişemez. Destek yazışmalarıyla ilgili talepler destek@solidfightstore.com adresine gönderilebilir.

18. ÜÇÜNCÜ TARAF BAĞLANTILARI

Uygulama; Solid Fight Store, Solid Fight Academy, Dövüş Rehberim, Google Haritalar, Apple Haritalar ve diğer harici hizmetlere bağlantılar içerebilir.

​

Harici bağlantılar açıldıktan sonra ilgili internet sitesi veya uygulamanın kendi gizlilik politikası geçerli olur. Solid Fight Eyes üçüncü taraf internet sitelerinin içerik veya gizlilik uygulamalarından sorumlu değildir.

19. GİZLİLİK POLİTİKASINDA DEĞİŞİKLİKLER

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamadaki özelliklerin, kullanılan hizmetlerin veya yasal yükümlülüklerin değişmesi halinde güncellenebilir.

2. PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION

Solid Fight Eyes is a personal eye-care application designed to help users manage contact lenses, lens replacement cycles, lens inventory, glasses, prescriptions, eye examinations, eye-care routines, and screen-break reminders.

​

Solid Fight Eyes is not a medical device. It does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatment, or replace professional medical care. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any eye-health concern.

​

3. INFORMATION ENTERED BY THE USER AND STORED ON THE DEVICE

Users may enter information including:

• Contact-lens profiles and usage cycles
• Right-eye and left-eye lens information
• Lens inventory, solutions, and lens cases
• Glasses and prescription information
• Prescription documents or attachments
• Eye-examination records
• Follow-up and appointment dates
• Screen breaks and eye-care routines
• Notification preferences
• Application settings
• Progress, streak, and achievement information
• Notes entered by the user

 

This information is stored locally within the application’s data area on the user’s device. It is not uploaded to the developer’s servers and cannot be accessed remotely by the developer.

4. APPLE HEALTH / HEALTHKIT DATA

With the user’s explicit permission, Solid Fight Eyes may read supported vision-prescription information from Apple Health or save supported information to Apple Health.

​

HealthKit access is optional. Permission may be changed or withdrawn at any time through iOS Settings or the Health application.

​

HealthKit data is not:

• Used for advertising
• Used to create marketing profiles
• Used for marketing
• Transmitted to the developer’s servers
• Shared with third-party advertising companies

 

5. LOCATION DATA

When the Nearby Opticians feature is used and location permission has been granted, the application may access approximate or precise location information.

​

Location is used to:

• Find nearby optical stores
• Display contact-lens retailers
• Display nearby eye doctors, eye clinics, and eye hospitals
• Sort results according to distance
• Display relevant results on a map

 

Location permission is optional. Users may perform a manual search without granting location access.

​

The application does not store the user’s location history on developer-operated servers. Location permission may be changed or disabled at any time through iOS Settings.

​

6. GOOGLE MAPS AND GOOGLE PLACES

Solid Fight Eyes uses Google Maps SDK for iOS and Google Places SDK for iOS to provide map and nearby-place search functionality.

​

When these features are used, or as part of the operation of the relevant Google SDKs, Google may process data including:

• Precise location
• Approximate location
• Map or place-search queries
• Search history
• Device or application-installation identifiers
• Product interactions
• Performance data
• Crash data
• Other technical and diagnostic data

 

This information may be used to provide application functionality and for the analytics, performance, security, and troubleshooting processes of Google services.

​

Some technical identifiers processed by Google SDKs may be associated with a device or application installation.

 

Solid Fight Eyes does not use this information for targeted advertising or to track users across applications owned by different companies.

​

Information processed by Google is subject to Google’s own privacy policy, service terms, and data-retention practices.

​

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

Solid Fight Eyes subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit.

​

The developer does not:

• See the user’s full credit-card number
• Access the user’s bank-account information
• Store payment information on developer-operated servers

 

Apple may provide the application with limited transaction and subscription-status information required to determine whether the subscription is active.

​

A subscription is associated with the user’s Apple Account. This does not create a separate Solid Fight Eyes user account.

​

8. NOTIFICATIONS

The application may use local notifications for lens replacements, eye examinations, screen breaks, and eye-care routine reminders.

​

Notifications are scheduled on the device. Solid Fight Eyes does not use a developer-operated remote notification server for these reminders.

​

Notification permission may be changed or disabled through iOS Settings at any time.

 

9. BACKUPS, EXPORTS, AND SHARING

Users may export or back up application data in supported file formats.

The user controls:

• Where an exported file is saved
• Who receives the file
• Which application or service receives it
• How long the exported file is retained

 

When a file is shared with another application, cloud-storage provider, email service, or messaging service, the privacy terms of that third party apply.

10. ADVERTISING AND TRACKING

Solid Fight Eyes does not contain advertising.

​

The application does not use:

• Google AdMob
• Third-party advertising networks
• Personalized advertising
• The IDFA advertising identifier
• Cross-app or cross-website tracking for advertising purposes

 

Technical information processed by Google Maps and Google Places is not used by Solid Fight Eyes for targeted advertising.

​

11. SHARING OF INFORMATION

Solid Fight Eyes does not upload or sell the user’s local lens, prescription, examination, or health records.

​

Information may be processed by a third-party service only when:

• Google Maps or Google Places functionality is used
• An App Store subscription is purchased or restored
• Apple Health access is enabled by the user
• Directions are opened through Google Maps or Apple Maps
• The user chooses to share an exported or backup file
• Disclosure is required by applicable law

 

12. DATA RETENTION

Locally entered information may remain on the device until it is deleted by the user or the application is removed.

​

Information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to the applicable provider’s own privacy and retention policies.

​

When users send a support email, the correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request and comply with legal obligations.

​

13. ACCOUNT CREATION AND ACCOUNT DELETION

Solid Fight Eyes does not provide user registration or in-app account creation.

​

Using the application does not create:

• A username
• An email-based login
• A password
• A user profile on a developer-operated server

 

Therefore, there is no server-based Solid Fight Eyes user account to delete.

​

An Apple App Store subscription is managed through the user’s Apple Account and is not a Solid Fight Eyes account.

 

Users may manage or cancel their subscription through the Subscriptions section of their Apple Account settings.

​

14. DELETION OF LOCAL DATA

Users may delete lens, inventory, prescription, examination, glasses, routine, and other records through the deletion controls provided on the relevant application screens.

​

Removing the application from the device may be used to remove its locally stored application data. Files that were previously exported must be separately deleted from the Files application, cloud-storage service, or third-party application in which they were saved.

​

Deleting the application does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. The subscription must be separately cancelled through the Subscriptions section of the user’s Apple Account.

​

Users who have contacted the developer by support email may request deletion of support correspondence that the developer is not legally required to retain by contacting destek@solidfightstore.com.

​

15. DATA SECURITY

Solid Fight Eyes relies on the application sandbox and security mechanisms provided by iOS to help protect information stored on the device.

​

However, no electronic storage or transmission method is completely risk-free. Users are encouraged to enable device-security features such as a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

​

16. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Solid Fight Eyes is not specifically designed for children. Where the application is used by a child, use under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian is recommended.

​

The application does not create child accounts or personal profiles on developer-operated servers.

​

17. USER RIGHTS

Depending on applicable data-protection law, users may have rights concerning personal information retained by the developer, including the right to:

• Request information
• Request correction
• Request deletion
• Object to certain processing
• Learn how personal information is used

 

Because the application’s primary data is stored locally on the device, the developer cannot access that information. Requests relating to support correspondence may be submitted to destek@solidfightstore.com.

 

18. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The application may contain links to Solid Fight Store, Solid Fight Academy, Dövüş Rehberim, Google Maps, Apple Maps, and other external services.

After an external link is opened, the privacy policy of the relevant website or application applies. Solid Fight Eyes is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.

19. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy may be updated when application features, third-party services, or legal obligations change.

​

The updated policy will be published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page will be revised.
