3. Cihazda Saklanan Bilgiler

Bu bilgiler uygulamanın temel işlevlerini sunmak amacıyla kullanılır.

Kullanıcı, insanlara veya üçüncü kişilere ait gereksiz kimlik, sağlık, finans veya iletişim bilgilerini evcil hayvan kayıtlarına eklememelidir.

4. Yedekleme ve Dışa Aktarma

Kullanıcı uygulama içindeki yedekleme veya dışa aktarma özelliğini kullanırsa oluşturulan dosya yerel kayıtların bir kopyasını içerebilir.

Bu dosyanın nerede saklanacağına, kimlerle paylaşılacağına ve nasıl korunacağına kullanıcı karar verir. Geliştirici dışa aktarılan dosyalara erişmez.

Kullanıcıların yedekleme dosyalarını güvenilir olmayan kişilerle veya hizmetlerle paylaşmaması önerilir.

5. Konum Bilgileri ve Yakındaki Veterinerler

Konum izni, uygulama açılır açılmaz veya arka planda otomatik olarak istenmez.

Konum erişimi yalnızca kullanıcı açıkça “Yakındakileri Göster”, “Konumumu Kullan” veya benzer bir işlem başlattığında talep edilir.

İzin verilmesi halinde yaklaşık veya hassas konum şu amaçlarla kullanılabilir:

Kullanıcının bulunduğu alanı haritada göstermek

Konum izni yalnızca Uygulamayı Kullanırken düzeyindedir. Uygulama arka plan konum erişimi istemez.

Kullanıcının canlı konumu, geçmiş konumları veya yaptığı veteriner aramaları Solid Fight sunucularında saklanmaz. Hassas koordinatlar uygulamanın yedek dosyasına eklenmez.

Google Maps ve Google Places kullanıldığında konum, harita isteği, cihaz veya bağlantı bilgileri Google tarafından kendi hizmetlerini sunmak amacıyla işlenebilir. Google’ın veri işlemesi kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Kullanıcı konum iznini iOS Ayarlar bölümünden istediği zaman kapatabilir. Konum izni verilmediğinde şehir, ilçe veya klinik adıyla manuel arama yapılabilir.

6. Reklamlar

Uygun bölgelerde reklam tercihleri ve gerekli izinler Google User Messaging Platform aracılığıyla alınabilir. Uygulama ayrıca iOS App Tracking Transparency iznini isteyebilir. Kullanıcının takip izni vermemesi, uygulamanın temel evcil hayvan bakım özelliklerini kullanmasını engellemez.

Google’ın UMP ve ATT mekanizmaları, reklam ve takip tercihlerini yönetmek amacıyla kullanılır.

Google tarafından gerçekleştirilen veri işleme faaliyetleri Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamındadır.

7. Premium Abonelik

Solid Fight Pet Care, Apple App Store üzerinden aylık otomatik yenilenen Premium abonelik sunabilir.

Aktif Premium abonelik süresince:

Banner reklamlar gösterilmez.
Geçiş reklamları gösterilmez.
Ödüllü reklamlar ve ödüllü içerikler kullanılmaya devam eder.

Abonelik ödemesi, yenileme, iptal, iade ve ödeme bilgilerinin işlenmesi Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilir. Geliştirici kullanıcının banka kartı, kredi kartı veya tam ödeme bilgilerine erişmez.

Uygulama yalnızca Apple StoreKit tarafından doğrulanan abonelik ürünü, işlem sonucu ve aktif hak durumunu kontrol eder. Apple tarafından gerçekleştirilen veri işlemleri Apple’ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

Kullanıcı aboneliğini App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilir.

8. Yerel Bildirimler

Uygulama bakım görevleri, ilaçlar, aşılar, veteriner randevuları ve diğer evcil hayvan hatırlatmaları için yerel bildirim izni isteyebilir.

Bu bildirimler cihaz üzerinde planlanır. Uygulama uzaktan gönderilen reklam veya pazarlama bildirimleri için bir Solid Fight sunucusu kullanmaz.

9. Destek İletişimi

10. Bilgilerin Paylaşılması

Geliştirici, kullanıcıların kişisel verilerini satmaz veya kiralamaz.

Uygulamanın silinmesi, cihazdaki uygulama verilerini kaldırabilir. Ancak kullanıcının daha önce başka bir konuma kaydettiği dışa aktarma veya yedekleme dosyaları ayrıca silinmelidir.

Apple ve Google tarafından işlenen bilgilerin saklama süreleri ilgili şirketlerin kendi politikalarına tabidir.

12. Güvenlik

Uygulama, verileri yerel olarak saklamak, API anahtarlarını sınırlandırmak, doğrulanmış StoreKit işlemlerini kullanmak ve gereksiz veri toplamamak gibi teknik önlemler uygular.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Solid Fight Pet Care iOS application handles user information, which third-party services it uses, and the rights available to users.

2. General Data Structure

Solid Fight Pet Care is a local-first application that does not require users to create an account.

Pet profiles, care records, health information, tasks, reminders, documents, notes, and personalization settings are not sent to servers operated by the developer. The developer cannot access these local records.

No Solid Fight online account, Firebase account, or server-hosted user profile is required.

3. Information Stored on the Device

The following information entered by the user may be stored locally on the device:

Pet name, species, breed, sex, birth information, and weight
A pet photo, when added by the user
Feeding, water, walking, care, and daily task records
Vaccinations, medications, veterinary visits, and health history
Laboratory results and documents added by the user
Microchip, passport, and insurance information
Reproductive and birth history
Reminder and local notification preferences
A Google Place ID, pet association, and user notes for a preferred veterinary clinic
Theme, measurement units, start-of-week preference, and other settings
Badges, achievements, rewards, and personalization choices

This information is used to provide the application’s core functionality.

Users should avoid adding unnecessary identity, health, financial, or contact information belonging to humans or third parties to pet records.

4. Backup and Export Files

When the user uses the backup or export feature, the resulting file may contain a copy of locally stored records.

The user controls where the file is saved, who it is shared with, and how it is protected. The developer does not have access to exported files.

Users should not share backup files with untrusted people or services.

5. Location Information and Nearby Veterinarians

Location permission is not automatically requested when the application launches or while it is running in the background.

Location access is requested only after the user explicitly selects an action such as “Show Nearby” or “Use My Location.”

When permission is granted, approximate or precise location may be used to:

Find nearby veterinary clinics and animal hospitals
Display the user’s area on a map
Calculate approximate distance to clinics
Search the area selected by the user

Location access is limited to While Using the App. The application does not request background location access.

The user’s live location, location history, and veterinary searches are not stored on Solid Fight servers. Precise coordinates are not included in application backup files.

When Google Maps and Google Places are used, Google may process location, map request, device, and connection information to provide its services. Such processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.

Users may disable location access at any time through iOS Settings. Manual searches by city, district, or clinic name remain available without location permission.

6. Advertising

The application may display the following advertising formats through Google AdMob:

Banner advertisements
Interstitial advertisements
Rewarded advertisements that the user explicitly chooses to watch

Google may process device information, advertising interactions, approximate location, IP address, application information, advertising identifiers, and other technical information depending on the user’s permission choices.

Where required, advertising consent and privacy choices may be collected through Google User Messaging Platform.

The application may also request iOS App Tracking Transparency permission. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent users from accessing the application’s core pet-care features.

Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

7. Premium Subscription

Solid Fight Pet Care may offer a monthly auto-renewable Premium subscription through the Apple App Store.

While the Premium subscription is active:

Banner advertisements are not displayed.
Interstitial advertisements are not displayed.
Rewarded advertisements and rewarded content remain available.

Subscription payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are processed by Apple. The developer does not receive or have access to the user’s credit card, debit card, or complete payment information.

The application only checks the subscription product, transaction result, and verified entitlement status provided through Apple StoreKit. Apple’s handling of data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their App Store account settings.

8. Local Notifications

The application may request permission to schedule local notifications for care tasks, medication, vaccinations, veterinary appointments, and other pet reminders.

These notifications are scheduled on the device. Solid Fight does not use a remote server to send advertising or marketing push notifications.

Notification permission may be changed at any time through iOS Settings.

9. Support Communications

When a user contacts support, the following information may be processed:

The sender’s email address
The content of the message
Screenshots or files attached by the user
Technical information required to resolve the issue

This information is used only to respond to the support request, resolve technical problems, protect security, or comply with legal obligations.

Support correspondence may be retained for as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

10. Sharing of Information

The developer does not sell or rent users’ personal data.

Information may be processed by third parties only in the following circumstances:

Google Maps and Google Places provide mapping and veterinary search services.
Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform provide advertising and consent management.
Apple StoreKit and the App Store verify subscription transactions.
The user voluntarily initiates an export or sharing action.
Disclosure is required by law or a valid request from an authorized authority.

Global service providers such as Apple and Google may process information in other countries. Such processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection mechanisms.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

Locally stored pet and care records may remain on the device until:

The user deletes them within the application,
Application data is cleared, or
The application is removed from the device.

Removing the application may delete application data stored on the device. Backup or export files previously saved elsewhere by the user must be deleted separately.

Information processed by Apple or Google is retained according to the policies of the relevant provider.

12. Security

The application applies technical measures such as local storage, restricted API keys, verified StoreKit transactions, and data minimization.

However, no electronic storage or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their device passcode, operating system, and exported backup files.

13. Children’s Privacy

Solid Fight Pet Care is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

When the application is used by a child, parental or legal guardian supervision is recommended. A parent or guardian who believes that a child’s personal information was accidentally submitted through support communications may contact the developer.

14. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:

Learn the purposes of processing
