Solid Fight Club, antrenörlerin ve spor işletmelerinin öğrencilerini, özel ders gruplarını, ders programlarını, paketlerini, tahsilatlarını, giderlerini ve ilgili operasyonel kayıtlarını yönetmesine yardımcı olmak amacıyla geliştirilmiştir.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Solid Fight Club uygulamasının hangi bilgileri işlediğini, bu bilgilerin hangi amaçlarla kullanıldığını, hangi hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşıldığını ve kullanıcıların verileri üzerindeki haklarını açıklar.

1. Hesap Bilgileri

Solid Fight Club'ı kullanabilmek için kullanıcı hesabı gereklidir.

Google ile giriş veya Apple ile giriş kullanıldığında aşağıdaki bilgiler işlenebilir:

Kimlik doğrulama ve hesap yönetimi için Supabase kullanılmaktadır.

2. Öğrenci Bilgileri

Solid Fight Club bir antrenör ve işletme yönetim aracıdır. Uygulamayı kullanan hesap sahibi, kendi öğrencilerine ilişkin bilgileri sisteme girebilir.

Kan grubu gibi bazı bilgiler sağlıkla ilişkili kişisel veri niteliğinde olabilir.

Solid Fight Club öğrenciler için ayrı bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz. Öğrenciler doğrudan uygulamaya giriş yapmaz ve uygulama öğrencilerle doğrudan iletişim kurmaz.

Uygulamaya üçüncü kişilere ait bilgi giren hesap sahibi, bu bilgileri kullanmaya ve kaydetmeye yetkili olduğundan sorumludur.

3. Özel Ders Grupları

Düet, Trio ve Quattro gibi özel ders grupları için aşağıdaki bilgiler işlenebilir:

Bu bilgiler uygulamanın ders planlama, geçmiş takibi, paket yönetimi ve Google Takvim senkronizasyonu özelliklerinin çalışması için kullanılır.

5. Google Takvim Entegrasyonu

Solid Fight Club, kullanıcının açık izni ile Google Takvim hesabına bağlanabilir.

Uygulama Google Takvim erişimini şu amaçlarla kullanır:

Solid Fight Club'da oluşturulan dersleri Google Takvim'e eklemek
Ders saati değişikliklerini senkronize etmek
İptal edilen veya silinen dersleri ilgili Google Takvim etkinliğiyle eşleştirmek
Google Takvim'de yapılan ilgili değişiklikleri Solid Fight Club'a yansıtmak
Kullanıcının seçtiği takvimlerdeki dolu zamanları programlama sırasında dikkate almak

Solid Fight Club tarafından oluşturulan Google Takvim etkinliklerinin başlığında öğrenci veya grup adı bulunabilir.

Etkinlik zamanı ve uygulamaya ait teknik kimlik bilgileri de senkronizasyon amacıyla Google Takvim ile paylaşılabilir.

Uygulama, kullanıcı tarafından müsaitliği engellemek amacıyla seçilen diğer Google takvimlerindeki etkinliklerin tarih, saat, başlık ve konum gibi bilgilerini okuyabilir ve senkronizasyon amacıyla geçici veya kalıcı olarak saklayabilir.

Google erişim belirteçleri uygulama içinde açık metin olarak saklanmaz. Gerekli uzun süreli yetkilendirme bilgileri sunucu tarafında güvenli biçimde saklanır.

Kullanıcı Google Takvim bağlantısını uygulama ayarlarından kaldırabilir.

Bağlantı kaldırıldığında Google yetkilendirmesi iptal edilir. Daha önce Google Takvim'de oluşturulmuş etkinlikler otomatik olarak silinmez.

Solid Fight Club tarafından Google API'lerinden alınan veriler yalnızca uygulamanın kullanıcıya sunduğu Google Takvim özelliklerini sağlamak amacıyla kullanılır.

Google kullanıcı verileri:

Reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Satılmaz.
Kullanıcı profilleme amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Yapay zekâ veya model eğitimi amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Pazarlama amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Solid Fight Club'ın Google API verilerini kullanımı, Google API Services User Data Policy ve Limited Use gerekliliklerine uygun şekilde sınırlandırılmıştır.

6. Finans ve Ödeme Bilgileri

Solid Fight Club, antrenörün kendi işletme kayıtlarını tutabilmesi için aşağıdaki bilgileri saklayabilir:

7. App Store Aboneliği

Solid Fight Club ücretli abonelik sistemi için Apple StoreKit kullanır.

Abonelik ödemeleri Apple tarafından işlenir.

8. Fotoğraflar ve Belgeler

Kullanıcı öğrenciler için profil fotoğrafları, galeri fotoğrafları ve PDF belgeleri ekleyebilir.

Fotoğraf seçimi iOS sistem fotoğraf seçicisi üzerinden yapılır.

PDF belgeleri iOS belge seçicisi üzerinden seçilir.

Solid Fight Club:

Tüm fotoğraf arşivine sürekli erişim talep etmez.
Kamera erişimi kullanmaz.
Kullanıcının seçmediği dosyalara erişmez.

Yüklenen dosyalar özel Supabase Storage alanında saklanır ve yalnızca yetkili hesap veya çalışma alanı tarafından erişilebilir.

9. Bildirimler

Solid Fight Club yerel iOS bildirimleri kullanabilir.

Bildirimler şunları içerebilir:

Yaklaşan ders hatırlatmaları
Paket yenileme hatırlatmaları
Eksik ders hatırlatmaları

Bildirim içeriğinde öğrenci veya grup adı ve ders saati gibi bilgiler bulunabilir.

Bu bilgiler cihazın kilit ekranında veya bildirim merkezinde görünebilir. Kullanıcı bildirim görünürlüğünü iOS ayarlarından kontrol edebilir.

Solid Fight Club'ın mevcut sürümü uzaktan push bildirimleri için cihaz token'ı toplamaz.

10. Ana Ekran Widget'ları

Kullanıcı Solid Fight Club widget'larını iPhone veya iPad ana ekranına ekleyebilir.

Widget'larda aşağıdaki bilgiler görüntülenebilir:

11. Verilerin Saklandığı Hizmetler

Solid Fight Club'ın temel backend altyapısı Supabase üzerinde çalışır.

12. Veri Güvenliği

Solid Fight Club kullanıcı verilerinin korunması için teknik ve organizasyonel önlemler kullanır.

Bunlar arasında:

Özel dosya depolama alanları
Sunucu tarafı gizli anahtar depolama
iOS Keychain kullanımı
Yetkilendirilmiş dosya erişimi

Hiçbir elektronik depolama veya iletim yöntemi yüzde yüz güvenlik garanti edemez.

13. Veri Saklama Süresi

İşletme ve öğrenci kayıtları, kullanıcı tarafından silinene veya hesap tamamen silinene kadar saklanabilir.

Arşivlenen öğrenciler, gruplar ve geçmiş ders kayıtları uygulamanın geçmiş ve raporlama özelliklerinin çalışması için saklanabilir.

Bazı kayıtlar, veri bütünlüğünü ve işlem geçmişini korumak amacıyla silinmiş olarak işaretlenerek hesap silinene kadar tutulabilir.

Tek tek silinen fotoğraf ve belgeler ilgili depolama alanından kaldırılır.

Teknik senkronizasyon ve güvenlik kayıtları hizmetin güvenli ve doğru çalışması için gerekli süre boyunca tutulabilir.

14. Hesap Silme

Kullanıcı hesabını uygulama içerisinden silebilir:

Google bağlantısı varsa Google yetkilendirmesi iptal edilir.

Hesap silindiğinde daha önce Google Takvim'e oluşturulmuş etkinlikler otomatik olarak silinmez.

Bunun nedeni Google Takvim'in kullanıcının kendi hesabında bulunan bağımsız bir hizmet olmasıdır.

15. Oturumu Kapatma

Oturumu kapatmak hesap silmek değildir.

Oturum kapatıldığında:

Sunucudaki işletme verileri silinmez.
Yerel uygulama verileri ve aktif oturum temizlenebilir.
Widget içeriği temizlenir.
Yerel bildirimler kaldırılır.

Google Takvim bağlantısı, kullanıcı ayrıca bağlantıyı kesmediği sürece sunucu tarafında etkin kalabilir.

16. Çocuklara ve Reşit Olmayan Öğrencilere Ait Bilgiler

Solid Fight Club doğrudan çocuklara yönelik bir uygulama değildir.

Uygulamanın hesap sahibi antrenör veya işletme yöneticisidir.

Öğrenciler uygulamaya giriş yapmaz.

Bir antrenör reşit olmayan bir öğrenciye ait bilgileri sisteme girebilir.

Bu durumda ilgili bilgilerin hukuka uygun olarak elde edilmesi ve kullanılması hesap sahibinin sorumluluğundadır.

17. Reklam, Takip ve Analitik

Solid Fight Club:

Reklam göstermez.
AdMob kullanmaz.
IDFA kullanmaz.
App Tracking Transparency izni istemez.
Kullanıcıları uygulamalar veya web siteleri arasında takip etmez.
Kişisel verileri reklam amacıyla satmaz.
Üçüncü taraf reklam ağı kullanmaz.
Davranışsal reklam profili oluşturmaz.

Uygulamada ayrıca bağımsız bir üçüncü taraf analytics veya crash-reporting SDK'sı kullanılmamaktadır.

18. Kişisel Verilerin Paylaşılması

Kişisel bilgiler yalnızca uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli hizmet sağlayıcılarla paylaşılabilir.

Bunlar:

ile sınırlıdır.

Veriler reklam şirketlerine veya veri brokerlarına satılmaz.

19. Kullanıcı Hakları

Kullanıcılar uygulama içinden kayıtlarını görüntüleyebilir, değiştirebilir ve uygun olduğu durumlarda silebilir.

Hesabın tamamen silinmesi uygulama içinden gerçekleştirilebilir.

20. Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulamanın özellikleri, yasal gereklilikler veya kullanılan hizmetlerde meydana gelen değişiklikler doğrultusunda güncellenebilir.

Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Solid Fight Club Privacy Policy

Solid Fight Club is designed to help coaches and sports businesses manage students, private lesson groups, schedules, packages, collections, expenses, and related operational records.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Solid Fight Club processes, how that information is used, which service providers may receive it, and the choices available to users.

Solid Fight Club is provided by Dağhan Sağlam.

1. Account Information

A user account is required to use Solid Fight Club.

When signing in with Google or Apple, the app may process:

User identifier
Email address
Display name
Authentication provider
Account and session information

Supabase is used for authentication and account management.

Authentication sessions may be stored securely on the device using system services such as the iOS Keychain.

2. Student Information

Solid Fight Club is a coach and business management tool. Account holders may enter information about their students.

This may include:

First and last name
Phone number
Email address
Date of birth
Profile photo
Discipline
Coach information
Start date
Student status
Notes
Blood type
Emergency contact name and phone number
Relationship to the student
Occupation
Company or workplace
Position
Availability
Photos
PDF documents
Packages
Lesson history
Attendance
Missing and make-up lesson records
Payment and balance records

Some information, such as blood type, may constitute health-related personal data.

Students do not have their own Solid Fight Club accounts and do not sign in to the app.

Solid Fight Club does not directly communicate with students.

The account holder is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to enter and use information relating to students or other third parties.

3. Private Lesson Groups

For private groups such as Duet, Trio, and Quattro, Solid Fight Club may process:

Group type
Group members
Membership periods
Group lessons
Attendance
Shared packages
Payment records
Lesson history

When group lessons are synchronized with Google Calendar, member names may appear in the event title.

4. Lesson and Schedule Data

Solid Fight Club may store:

Lesson dates and times
Student or group identity
Lesson duration
Attendance result
Cancellation status
Cancellation reason
Lesson notes
Missing or make-up lesson state
Package credit processing
Google Calendar event identifiers
Synchronization metadata
Operational history

This information is used to provide scheduling, history, package management, and Google Calendar synchronization features.

5. Google Calendar Integration

Solid Fight Club can connect to Google Calendar with the user's permission.

Google Calendar access is used to:

Add Solid Fight Club lessons to Google Calendar
Synchronize lesson time changes
Match cancelled or deleted lessons with their Google Calendar events
Reflect relevant Google Calendar changes in Solid Fight Club
Consider busy times from calendars selected by the user

Google Calendar event titles created by Solid Fight Club may contain student or group names.

Event times and technical identifiers related to Solid Fight Club may also be shared with Google Calendar for synchronization.

For calendars selected to block availability, Solid Fight Club may read and store information such as event dates, times, titles, locations, and status for scheduling purposes.

Google authorization credentials are not stored in plaintext in the app. Long-lived authorization credentials are stored securely on the server.

Users may disconnect Google Calendar from the app's settings.

Disconnecting revokes Google authorization. Existing events already created in the user's Google Calendar are not automatically deleted.

Google user data obtained by Solid Fight Club is used only to provide the Google Calendar features requested by the user.

Google user data is not used for:

Advertising
Sale of personal data
Profiling
Marketing
AI or model training

Solid Fight Club's use of data received from Google APIs is limited in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.

6. Financial and Bookkeeping Information

Solid Fight Club may store bookkeeping information entered by the coach, including:

Package price
Amount collected
Balance due
Currency
Payment method
Payment description
Payment date
Payment notes
Expense amount
Expense category
Expense date
Expense notes

This information is used only for recordkeeping and business-management functionality.

Solid Fight Club does not process credit card or bank card payments and does not transfer money on behalf of users.

7. App Store Subscription

Solid Fight Club uses Apple StoreKit for its paid subscription.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple.

Solid Fight Club does not receive or store:

Credit card numbers
Debit card numbers
CVV codes
Bank account credentials

The app only uses product and entitlement information provided by Apple to determine subscription access.

8. Photos and Documents

Users may add profile photos, gallery images, and PDF documents to student records.

Photos are selected using Apple's system photo picker.

PDF documents are selected using the iOS document picker.

Solid Fight Club:

Does not request continuous access to the full photo library.
Does not use camera access.
Does not access files that the user has not selected.

Uploaded files are stored in private Supabase Storage and are accessible only to authorized users within the relevant workspace.

9. Notifications

Solid Fight Club may use local iOS notifications for:

Upcoming lesson reminders
Package renewal reminders
Missing lesson reminders

Notification content may include student or group names and lesson times.

This information may appear on the device Lock Screen or in Notification Center depending on the user's iOS notification settings.

The current version of Solid Fight Club does not collect a device token for remote push notifications.

10. Home Screen Widgets

Users may add Solid Fight Club widgets to the iPhone or iPad Home Screen.

Widgets may display:

Student or group name
Lesson date and time
Discipline
Lesson status
Make-up lesson information

Only the minimum information required for widgets is stored in the shared App Group container.

The widget container does not store:

Phone numbers
Email addresses
Debt information
Payment information
Medical information
Notes
Authentication tokens
Google access tokens

11. Service Providers

Solid Fight Club primarily uses Supabase for:

Authentication
Database services
File storage
Server functions
Synchronization

Google services may be used for:

Google Sign-In
Google Calendar integration

Apple services may be used for:

Sign in with Apple
App Store subscriptions
iOS platform functionality

12. Data Security

Solid Fight Club uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data.

These may include:

Workspace-based access controls
Supabase Row Level Security
Private file storage
Secure server-side secret storage
iOS Keychain storage
Authenticated file access
Encrypted network connections

No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

13. Data Retention

Business and student records may be retained until deleted by the user or until the account is deleted.

Archived students, groups, and historical lesson records may remain stored to support history and reporting features.

Certain records may be retained in a soft-deleted or audit state until account deletion where needed to maintain data integrity and operational history.

Individual photos and documents are removed from storage when deleted.

Technical synchronization and security records may be retained for the period necessary to operate and protect the service.

14. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly within the app:

Account deletion removes:

Solid Fight Club account
Associated business workspace
Student records
Group records
Lessons
Packages
Payments and expenses
Missing lesson records
Photos
Documents
Related server-side records
Local application cache
Widget data
Local notification data

If Google Calendar is connected, Google authorization is revoked.

For Sign in with Apple accounts, Apple authorization is also revoked where the relevant revocation credential is available.

Deleting a Solid Fight Club account does not automatically delete events previously created in the user's Google Calendar.

Google Calendar remains an independent service controlled by the user.

15. Signing Out

Signing out is not the same as deleting the account.

When signing out:

Server-side business data is not deleted.
Local application data and active authentication sessions may be cleared.
Widget content is cleared.
Local notifications are removed.

A Google Calendar connection may remain active on the server until the user explicitly disconnects it.

16. Minors

Solid Fight Club is not directed to children.

The account holder is expected to be a coach or business operator.

Students do not sign in to the app.

A coach may enter information about a student who is a minor.

The account holder is responsible for ensuring that such information is collected and used lawfully.

17. Advertising, Tracking, and Analytics

Solid Fight Club:

Does not display advertising.
Does not use AdMob.
Does not use IDFA.
Does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
Does not track users across apps or websites.
Does not sell personal data for advertising.
Does not use third-party advertising networks.
Does not create behavioral advertising profiles.

The app also does not currently use an independent third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

18. Sharing of Personal Information

Personal information may be shared only with service providers required to operate the app, including:

Apple

Personal information is not sold to advertisers or data brokers.

19. User Rights

Users can view, update, and where available delete their records within the app.

The entire account can be deleted from within the application.
